Our gateway has a connection that allows the customer to pay with an ACH from their checking account.  We will provide you with the proper language that explains the non cash adjustment (NCA).

An open ended service agreement (no early termination fees).

If your original agreement calls for an early termination fee, then we shall pay that charge for you.
